The DiSC Model

Everything DiSC is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the four DiSC styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for the Everything DiSC Application Suite. As an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, we offer the full suite of DiSC certification, assessments and workshops, as well as sub-account setup and support.

Dominance

According to the DiSC personality model, this style is characterized by a focus on achieving results and being direct and assertive. These individuals are often motivated by challenges, competition, and winning.

Influence

In the DiSC assessment tool, individuals who score high in the “i” category are identified by their focus on social interactions and influencing or persuading others. They are enthusiastic and optimistic.

Steadiness

This category includes individuals who emphasize cooperation and dependability. They are patient, calm, and good listeners who value a sense of belonging.

Conscientiousness

Individuals with a high “C” score are characterized by personality traits that include a focus on accuracy, quality, and precision. They are analytical and methodical and tend to strive for perfection.

The DiSC model serves as the basis for the Everything DiSC Assessment Suite, which aims to provide insights and learning that facilitate a more enjoyable and productive workplace.

At LeaderSharp Group, we are an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, which means we have access to the full suite of DiSC personality assessments. Each assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights to each participant, whether a group of managers and leaders or a certain team or group in the organization.

We can help you determine the assessment that makes sense for your business. You can use the profiles to gain valuable insights into your own preferences and tendencies and the preferences and tendencies of others. Leaders may review their teams’ DiSC profiles to improve communication, motivate, offer incentives or rewards, resolve conflict, build better relationships, or onboard new employees.

On average, a person’s DiSC profile will remain consistent over time, though it’s possible that a major life event will affect your style. DiSC profiles are not meant to be seen as good or bad but rather as an indication of certain tendencies. Understanding yourself and others is what will lead to a more engaged and collaborative workforce.

Using the Catalyst platform, participants will be able to view everyone’s overall results within the same organization. Catalyst makes it easy to evaluate your profile in comparison to your teammates and can help you understand what you have in common and what you can work on together. Participants can also change their privacy settings when logged into Catalyst.
