I have been recognized for taking a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to coaching and development planning. I partner with high achievers to help them identify and work through the root cause of their challenges —not just the symptoms. I help leaders accept where they are right now, uncover their limiting beliefs and fears, understand what they want next, and then challenge them to make courageous choices.
